Dungarthill is an outstanding mixed residential sporting and agricultural estate in a highly accessible area of central Perthshire amongst the most attractive rolling countryside. This a well known area providing an excellent mix of sport lying within a comfortable travelling distance of Edinburgh. The estate lies in a secluded position on the south facing side of the Middle Tay Valley approximately 4 miles from Dunkeld and 17 miles from Perth. Edinburgh airport lies some 60 miles to the south.

Accommodation

Dungarthill House is a fine example of a late Victorian mansion which has been substantially refurbished in recent years. The estate includes a number of cottages which have also been improved and fitted to a high standard. Accommodation is available in both the house and cottages for full shooting parties. Smaller parties can be accommodated in the cottages.

The estate provides magnificent traditional sport and includes one of the finest pheasant shoots in Perthshire. It also offers wonderful brown trout fishing on the hill lochs, and both roe and fallow stalking are to be enjoyed on the estate.

Driven Pheasant Shoot

Dungarthill has a wonderful mix of south facing steep hillsides intersected by small valleys, offering a variety of high bird drives. The estate has an excellent private road network and is convenient to the main house.

Two day shooting weekends of between 300 and 450 birds available throughout the season, arriving on a Thursday and departing on a Sunday.
