KNOCK COTTAGE (Tigh a Chruic )
Tigh a Chruic is a recently renovated 18th century farmhouse located in a peaceful area close to the rocky shoreline with uninterrupted views to the hills of Morar on the mainland. Close to the farmhouse lies the picturesque ruins of a 15th century Castle(Caisteal Camus) and Torr Sitheig (the knoll of the fairies) which is a mystical spot steeped in local tradition. From the house you can sometimes watch seals and otters at play while bird and other wildlife abound in the area.
