Lord and Lady Johnstone welcome you to enjoy their historic home set in 500 acres of stunning parkland. Guns and guests are assured luxurious accommodation and fine dining from award winning chefs.

Sleeping 18 in eight fabulous bedrooms of individual character guests will marvel at huge rooms, four-poster beds, relish the warmth of open log fires and lavish bathrooms.

Our home is exclusively yours to move freely in at all times, formal and informal rooms await your entry. Pick a book from our library, challenge a Lord to a game of billiards or sit back and relax.

Office space is available with phone and wireless broadband for those needing to stay in touch with work.

Shooting

Raehills offers the gun a diverse mixture of stunning Pheasant and Partridge drives.

Several drives show spectacular high birds, a challenging experience for the best of shots. Birds are shown from a mixture of mature woodlands with guns standing in deep-bottomed gullies, high ground cover crops and open moors. Quality is their motto and with birds supplied from their own game farm only the best will do. Bag sizes from 200 to 400+ shot singularly or back to back are offered from September through November on Partridge and November through January on Pheasants.

Smaller walked up – mini driven days for Pheasant, Partridge, Woodcock and Snipe can be slotted in between larger driven days.

Other Activities

Renowned Fallow Stalking and prime access to 5.5 miles of the River Annan for Salmon, Sea Trout and Wild Brown Trout fishing. Also nearby Golf, Horse Riding, Shopping and Theatre.
