CKD Galbraith's sport in Wester Ross is to be had on some of the best sporting estates in the area including such famous stalking grounds as Cabuie and Nest of Fannich which according to G Kenneth Whitehead are amongst the most challenging stalking grounds in Scotland.

Ross-shire is a varied and beautiful county stretching from coast to coast with gentle lush green farmland in the east to the wild and rugged scenery of the west. On the west can be found the busy fishing port of Ullapool in contrast with villages like Applecross and Lochcarron which have a sleepy charm all of their own.
