The 53,000 acre Gairloch Estate in Wester Ross lies within some of the most remarkable and breath-taking scenery in Scotland. The estate has been in the ownership of the Mackenzies of Gairloch by Royal Charter since 1494 and is steeped in history. The Estate offers a range of excellent sporting opportunities.

 

 

 

The Estate is famed for its Red Deer Stalking either on the high mountainous land or the gentler lowland and woodsred deer stags can be done. Two seperate deer forests are available to stalk on with a vast range of terrain which can suit the experienced and fit deer stalker to those who prefer a more coastal stalking experience on flatter ground with spectacular views across the minch towards Rhona and the Isle of Skye. The Estate also offers walked up woodcock shooting over moorland and through bich forest. Salmon fishing on a daily or weekly basis on the delightful rivers Badachro and Kerry.
